The pool has been filled and the dichondra is laid down.
The lights running down the main staircase have been installed.
The video doorbell to enter the Palace is working.
The crane on the piazza is leaving after 3 1/2 years!
The tiles for the master bath, honoring the Madonna dei Miracoli, have arrived.
The final coat has been applied to the ground floor and the result is amazing!
The well has been set in place.
The interior lighting gives a new perspective at night.
The exterior doors have been restored and returned to the Palace
The ground floor gets sanded before the final coat is applied.
A doorbell has been installed in the courtyard to ring into our home.
An ancient stone well was purchased to put above the previously closed well in the courtyard.
Paolo has thought of every detail, including the manhole covers!
The built in hutch in the dining room is almost complete.
Paolo and Riccardo return late at night to study the lighting under the arches.
The bathrooms in Eivind and Mary's home are nearing completion.
And Paolo said, let there be light!
The light posts are installed in the courtyard.
Paolo designed built in benches on the lower level to provide seating in an otherwise empty space.
Italy has won the European Cup and the Italian flag flies proudly in front of the Palace.
