"The Palace or the Farm" as all the inhabitants of the country call it, presents itself before us with its harmonious façade. The first impression we get when looking at it is to be catapulted back in time. Opening the door, we take a few steps and find ourselves in the inner courtyard. We walk slowly to become enveloped by the atmosphere that breathes and that transpires from every corner of this piece of history, only in this way can we be part of it.

It is for this reason that we have tried to preserve the original materials as much as possible, every wall has been photographed, every door has been restored, every brick cataloged and numbered to rebuild the wall as it was originally. The same wall can also be plastered ... "Why do all this? "The answer is very simple: beauty must not be changed but valued and respected. And we are proud of this peculiarity of ours. This is the baggage of our history and we give it back to a better story.
