The hand rails have been replaced on the main staircase and the masterpiece has been revealed.

The old hand rails were placed on the stone steps. A hole was drilled and the iron rails were inserted into melted lead. The new rails are attached to the beams on the inside of the stone steps. Although this makes the steps wider, it also makes the hole in the center of the staircase narrower. Paolo has placed some lights down the center to better design the final light fixtures.
