Today was a very important day for the Palace.

Michael and Debra finally succumbed to the beauty of the Palace and have purchased part of it from Mary and Eivind. They have accompanied us on almost every visit to the project and provided friendship and valuable advice. It is fitting as the whole project would not have even been possible without them. They introduced us to Beth and Joe who in turn introduced us to Paolo and Riccardo. It also marks the 40th anniversary of when the four us first met at the M.I.T. Sloan School. With their three daughters and our three sons we hope our two families can enjoy the Palace for generations to come.
